Progressive Tool Output Display

You can now see what each tool returned during agent execution instead of just "Using tool..." with no feedback until the final response arrives.

• ›Tool results now show a condensed summary as soon as each tool finishes
• ›Summaries display inline in the chat status area and auto-clear after 2 seconds
• ›Error results are clearly marked so you know immediately if a tool call failed
