Integrations — cleaner Shopify connect flow

Fixed a UI glitch on the Integrations page where the Shopify connect option could appear twice when other integrations were already connected.

• ›Shopify now shows a single connect card for your first store
• ›The inline "+ Add Shopify store" button only appears after at least one store is connected, for adding additional stores
