Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered by CazyWeb IT Solutions through the PixTwins platform at pixtwins.com. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.
2. Subscription Plans
PixTwins offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:
How to Cancel
- Log in to your PixTwins account
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
You may also cancel by emailing us at bhaskar@cazyweb.com.
Effect of Cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the billing period ends
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your workspace data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date
- You have not substantially used the Service during the billing period (less than 10 AI agent interactions)
- There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the Service
- You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge
Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund request is made after 7 days from the payment date
- You have substantially used the Service during the billing period
- You simply changed your mind about using the Service after the 7-day window
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)

6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
- You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
7. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
