This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered by CazyWeb IT Solutions through the PixTwins platform at pixtwins.com. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

2. Subscription Plans

PixTwins offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:

  • Log in to your PixTwins account
  • Go to Settings > Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date
  • You have not substantially used the Service during the billing period (less than 10 AI agent interactions)
  • There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the Service
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request is made after 7 days from the payment date
  • You have substantially used the Service during the billing period
  • You simply changed your mind about using the Service after the 7-day window
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, if you have any grievances regarding the Service, payments, or refunds, you may contact our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
