Welcome to PixTwins, a product of CazyWeb IT Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at pixtwins.com and our SaaS platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

PixTwins provides an AI-powered platform where users can build and manage AI agent teams. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be deleted

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date
• Refunds are issued only if you have not substantially used the Service during the billing period
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CazyWeb IT Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated by AI agents on behalf of users belongs to the respective users.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CazyWeb IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cooch Behar, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
